First, I would like to take a moment to thank you for trusting me as your photographer. You could have picked anyone, and I am so incredibly grateful for your business. I have been a professional portrait photographer for 10 years and I grow and learn with each and every client.
Before Your Session
-After you have contacted me about booking your session, we will decide on a date and time that works best for you. Once you have paid your deposit and are officially on my schedule, we can discuss your session in more depth. Often, I will contact you a week to a few days before your session to decide on a location. This is because depending on the time of the year, certain locations may not be the best option, which is why I sometimes wait.
-Between now and your session, you are more than welcome to reach out with questions about outfit options, accessories etc. I am here to help and offer my recommendations!
-A few days before your session I will reach out and confirm the date, time, and location. Payment in full is required either before your session, or at the time of.
During Your Session
The fun part! Laugh, have fun, and don’t take things too seriously. Enjoy the people you are with. After all, you are paying for professional portraits for a reason; as a memory of the ones you love. Let me worry about the “hard” part. I’m good at what I do, and the smiling faces you see throughout my website are proof.
After Your Session
-I know you will be anxious to see your gallery, so I will post a few sneak peeks for you to enjoy while I finish editing your session. It typically takes me around 1 week, give or take, to delivery your gallery. This of course depends on the time of the year and how many clients I have at the moment. I will be sure to communicate with you how long I estimate it will take.
-During the editing process, I take my time to hand edit each and every image that I’ve chosen. I make sure to whiten teeth, remove blemishes, and smooth skin, as needed.
-Once your gallery is finished and uploaded, I will send you an email with the link. Your gallery will be available for 2 weeks in which time you will need to download your images and to make any purchases. After those two weeks, there is a $25 fee to re-activate the gallery.
-Your gallery is very easy to navigate, but if you need any help or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me!
-Don’t forget to download and save your pictures to either a thumb drive, hard drive, desk top, or external source.
-One of the most common questions I get is “Am I allowed to post/share my pictures on social media”? YES! Please do! This is a huge compliment to me, and I am so flattered you love your pictures enough to share them.
